Subscription & Refund Terms

1. Who sells the subscription?

Lector Pro subscriptions are sold only through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. The purchase is made between you and the relevant store (Apple Distribution International Ltd. or Google Ireland Limited), and payment is charged to your store account. The developer never sees your card details and does not charge your card directly.

Lector Pro includes unlimited shelf space, in-depth memory analytics, cloud backup and cross-device sync, full backup and restore, and Anki/CSV export.

2. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) renew automatically for the same period at the current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.

3. Cancelling your subscription

Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. To cancel:

• Android: Google Play Store › profile icon › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Lector › Cancel subscription
• iPhone / iPad: Settings › (your name) › Subscriptions › Lector › Cancel Subscription

After cancelling, Lector Pro features remain available until the end of the period you have paid for. The core reading and learning features are always free; your words and progress are not deleted when your subscription ends.

4. Requesting a refund

Refunds are handled under the stores' own policies.

• Apple: The developer has no authority to refund App Store purchases. To request a refund, go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com, select the relevant receipt and choose "Request a refund".
• Google Play: If less than 48 hours have passed since purchase, you can request a refund from your Google Play order history (https://play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory). After 48 hours, contact Google Play support or write to the e-mail address at the end of these terms with your order number; your request will be assessed under Google Play's policies.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form or to intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. Lector Pro is performed at the moment of purchase and falls within this exception. This does not prevent you from using the stores' own refund policies. Where the law of your country grants you additional mandatory rights, those rights remain unaffected.

6. Restoring purchases

When you change phones or reinstall the App, you can restore your subscription with the same store account using Restore purchases on the Lector Pro screen.
